I was arrested in New York and charged with Indecency W/A Child. The charges were reduced to Injury to a child and I received a 5 yr. Deferred Adjudicated probation. I live in New York, but during the pendency of this case and the fact that I was not working, I gave up my apartment in Worcester, NY. NOW I am applying for interstate Compact Act to return to NY and I need a temporary housing.
