Oxford House Chalet II is a democratically run, self-supporting and drug free home. Oxford House Chalet II is a women and children house Oxford Houses are a concept in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. On a monthly basis, the Oxford houses in a geographic area get together to share their common experiences in order to assure that Oxford House Chalet II operates in a way that preserves the good name of Oxford House and encourages more experienced houses to help newer ones.
The women of Oxford House Chalet II pay all the expenses related to the maintenance of the house. This facility has a maximum capacity of 13 residents. Oxford House Chalet II is part of a publicly supported, non-profit 501(c)3 corporation umbrella organization which provides the network of all Oxford Houses and allocates resources to duplicate the Oxford House concept where needs arise.
